Louis-David is the founder and managing partner of Gouaux Abergel Associés.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007, Louis-David is a graduate of the Université Paris XII / Essec Business School and holds a Master's degree in Business Tax and Financial Market Law (BTFML).

His dual legal and financial training contributes to his effective approach to the issues faced by companies, enabling him to provide them with innovative solutions that are consistent with the characteristics of their businesses.

Louis-David works alongside major French and international groups on both advisory and litigation matters.

He also assists his clients with their training policies, providing them with training tailored to their day-to-day issues and in line with recent legal developments and case law.
